Features and Benefits

  • How Your Church And Community Will Benefit
    • New believers added to your church.
    • Christians establishing and cultivating relationships with non-Christians and unchurched people.
    • Congregational unity in prayer and vision.
    • Refreshed concern for lost and hurting people throughout your community.
    • Personal evangelism training.
    • Missions awareness and opportunities.
    • More church and ministry interests and service involvement from church members.

  • Unique Aspects
    • Personal relationships with the lost‚ established by church members and leadership‚ is the key to the event not the event itself…the Body of Christ building and maintaining relationships is the focus!
    • The gift of the preaching evangelist is in operation when Scott Nute communicates the Gospel‚ providing listeners with the opportunity to hear the Bible from a different spiritual gift perspective.
    • Scott Nute's background of family divorce‚ an alcoholic father and childhood sexual abuse by strangers provides a platform to relate to the wounds and scars of this generation as over 50% of people come from a divorced home and 1 out of 7 men and 1 out of 4 women have been sexually abused.
    • Being a former professional baseball player gives Scott Nute a unique platform as pro-athletes capture special interest and attention in our society‚ especially from young people. Therefore‚ public school assemblies on secular issues like drugs‚ alcohol‚ sex‚ having a dream for life‚ etc.‚ can be an extension of a SNEM event.

  • The Event
    • Months of in-depth church mobilization takes place where enlisted church members work with the Pastor and SNEM Areawide or Single Church Event Coordinator in the event advance and follow-up work.
    • The services‚ suggested to run 2-4 evenings‚ begins with free pre-service meals and soonafter the services are filled with special music‚ testimonies‚ skits‚ videos‚ etc.‚ culminating with a heartfelt‚ evangelistic message from Scott Nute who closes the service with a clear invitation for people to make public commitments to Jesus Christ as Lord‚ and for Christians to make fresh‚ full commitments as well as opportunties to commit to go on a short-term mission trip. (These are suggestions as the actual format is decided on by church leadership)
    • Every person making a decison at any time during the event will be immediately followed up and then personally contacted within 48 hours‚ being offered every opportunity and encouragement to begin new believer Bible studies‚ church attendance‚ mentoring relationships and ministry service.

  • The Finances
    • An Areawide Event will have a special Finance Committee Leader who oversees all income and expenditures. Funds are raised through local church donations that cover every aspect of the event. An open disclosure of the final event budget and costs will be available. Love offerings will be collected to cover any remaining event expenses with the rest going to Scott Nute Ministries.
    • A Single Church Event will have someone oversee the budget and expenses. Budgets and expenses are at the discretion of the church leaders. Scott Nute requests that love offerings be taken at every service to be given to his organization as his ministry runs financially through donors and event love offerings.
