When was the last time your church held a focused evangelistic event where church members were involved and mobilized over a period of months for the event? Where church members built legitimate‚ lasting relationships with non-Christians? Where prayer and unified vision built enthusiasm and expectation in the life of your church?
Evangelist Scott Nute works alongside local churches to hold creative, contemporary single church events. The principles for a single church event are basically the same as an areawide event. We suggest a single church event be called a "Jubilee", "Festival" or "Celebration". The event focuses on church members getting highly involved, especially through prayer and by building and maintaining relationships of trust with non-Christians and un-churched people. SNEM works months in advance with the local church in mobilizing their congregation in the pre and post event preparation. Event Directors can be sent months in advance, at no additional costs to the church, to equip and mobilize your church for your single church event with one condition, which is inviting area churches to attend the equipping meeting where the vision for a potential future areawide event will be presented, with any future areawide event taking place after the conclusion of the single church event. Event Directors working alongside SNEM have been trained through the assistance of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA), using the same methods and materials used by BGEA in their events.
